• Rio is building the largest Credit over UPI app for India

• Rio raised a pre-seed of $1.4 Million from Village Global and Blume Ventures in October 2023

• Founded by Riya Bhattacharya and Vivek Amarnani, both IIT Alum. Riya is also an IIM alum who was a VP at Navi and has experience in the finance industry. Vivek on the other hand has experience as a product manager with companies such as Delivery Hero and GO-JEK

UnInbox

• UnInbox is combining the best of e-mail and messaging to build an by building an open source email platform for teams and professionals

• UnInbox recently launched on Product Hunt and ranked as product of the day and 5th on product of the week with 772 upvotes

• UnInbox just crossed over 1000 stars on GitHub

• Founded by Omar McAdam, and his experience lies in product management and has previously worked at ClickUp

Stition

• Stition is a pre-agi security research company focused on AI software alignment via proactive threat modeling.

• Stition is building, CodeSentry is a SAST platform that utilizes an AI agent that finds and fixes vulnerabilities in codebases just like a skilled human security analyst would.

• Stition is also the company which launched Devika, the pen source agentic AI software engineer which has gained over 15k stars on GitHub

• Founding team includes Mufeed VH, Asjid Kalam and Vivek R. They have previously worked together to build Lyminal focusing on security research. Mufeed has also represented India at the WorldSkills and BRICS Skills olympiad in cyber security and won the Bronze medal

SuperTokens

• SuperTokens is an open-source alternative to proprietary login providers like Auth0 or AWS Cognito, offering features like different types of login, access control, session management, and user management

• SuperTokens is a Y Combinator backed company has has raised a total of $5M in seed funding

• SuperTokens has over 11k stars on GitHub

• Founding team includes Advait Ruia and Rishabh Poddar. Advait and Rishabh both studied at the Imperial College, London

Arch0

• Arch0 is a cloud security platform that offers advanced detection and prevention of security challenges with minimal manual efforts.

• Arch0 has raised $1.25M in a pre-seed round lead by Leo Capital with participation from other VCs such as Village Capital

• The company aims to use AI in cloud security operations

• Founded by Tilak Thimmappa and Nithin Jois who previously worked together before starting Arch0
